A short day that launched a bit later and began with Bryan going for a potential cover shot. We said goodbye to Bryan who'd joined us the first few days at the end of Thompson and made our way along the east side of Pie to camp at the beach just past the Turtle Head. Dave and Amy took 2 Secchi Disk readings and shot some video here and there. We had lunch here about 12:30 and are camping here...hoping for a nice calm morning for the crossing to Sibley Peninsula.....
