I think I mentioned I ran into a kayaker using the campground laundry this morning. Turns out h guides for Northern Waters in Munising. He picked me up and took me to the Pictured Rocks Range Station for my backcountry camping permit. Then we went to his rustic cabin for a nice dinner. I'm camping 3 nights to paddle through Pictured Rocks. The middle day is quite short.
I guess I should have taken a photo before we ate everything?
